Location: Denver, CO - 1575 Sherman Street, Denver, CO 80203 (NEED LOCAL)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - exact onsite schedule TBD (NEED LOCAL)

Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Position Overview

This is a hands-on network infrastructure role focused on the installation, maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair of network hardware and systems.

The ideal candidate will have practical experience working with network equipment, diagnosing connectivity and performance issues, performing hardware installations and repairs, and supporting a secure and reliable network environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and repair network hardware and related components.
• Install and configure network software and systems.
• Install and troubleshoot network cabling and connectivity.
• Diagnose and resolve network hardware, connectivity, and performance issues.
• Identify network bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve long-term network efficiency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network-related problems and outages.
• Help ensure network infrastructure operates securely and reliably.
• Maintain accurate inventory and asset records for network equipment.
• Perform hardware maintenance, replacement, and repair as needed.
• Work collaboratively with IT and network teams to resolve technical issues.
• Follow applicable state IT and information security policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with network hardware installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
• Experience with network equipment and cabling.
• Experience with inventory and asset management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Network professional certification/accreditation is required/preferred.
