Task Order Project Manager - Active Secret Clearance Needed

The Task Order Project Manager serves as senior subject matter expert and primary interface between contractor team and government stakeholders for the Program Office. Responsible for overall planning, direction, coordination, and control of contract execution supporting mission-critical applications including ETID, RTD Web/Mobile, Compliance Suite, GenComm, ESP, and future mobile applications.
Responsibilities Include, But Will Not Be Limited To
- Serve as single point of contact for Contracting Officer and COR; coordinate all contractual/business issues
- Provide planning, direction, coordination, and control for effective task order accomplishment
- Verify and validate level of effort and deliverables on monthly status reports and project plans
- Prepare/maintain Task Order Management Plan, IMS, WBS, Product Roadmaps
- Deliver monthly status reports, invoices (WAWF-RA), CAC/GFE/8570 reports
- Implement quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with security requirements
- Manage team of 9 personnel; minimize turnover and ensure continuity
- Conduct In-Process Reviews (IPRs) and prepare meeting minutes
- Provide transition support (up to 30 days) if follow-on not awarded
- Manage all deliverables: kick-off meeting (7 days), transition plan (14 days), IMS/WBS/Product Roadmap (30 days)
- Expert project management across IT system lifecycle
- Strong leadership, team management, stakeholder coordination
- Excellent written/oral communication for government interaction
- Experience with risk management, quality assurance, deliverable oversight
- Knowledge of DoD/DLA processes, policies, procedures
- Proficiency with MS Office, project management tools
- Understanding of cybersecurity and Section 508 compliance
- 10 years project management with progressively higher responsibility
- 10 years leadership experience in IT/consulting fields
- Bachelor's in IT-related field with 10 years relevant experience
- PMP Certification (or equivalent nationally recognized PM certification)
- DoD 8570/8140 certification (IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive)
- Active Secret Clearance (minimum) and US Citizenship per contract requirements.
