Pay rate: $25 per hour on w2 basis, without benefits/holidays/vacation

Job Description
- The Project Support provides administrative, project coordination, training, and change management support for enterprise transformation initiatives.
- This role is responsible for assisting with project activities, coordinating training and communications, supporting stakeholder engagement efforts, and ensuring project teams remain organized and aligned.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- This role provides comprehensive administrative and coordination support for a large-scale project and transformation initiative.
- Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to managing project meetings, calendars, documentation, action items, stakeholder communications, and leadership support activities.
- The position helps coordinate change management and business readiness efforts by supporting employee engagement sessions, stakeholder outreach, feedback collection, and communication development.
- The role also oversees training logistics, including scheduling sessions, managing participant communications and attendance, maintaining training records, and distributing learning materials.
- In addition, the position supports project governance through the maintenance of schedules, trackers, status reports, metrics, and milestone reporting, ensuring timely communication, accurate documentation, and effective coordination across project teams and business stakeholders.
Skills:
- 3+ years administrative, project coordination, training coordination, or related experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Attitude and aptitude to learn new skills and perform new responsibilities
Education:
- High School degree or equivalent
