Sr. Embedded Linux Engineer

•       Build and maintain the Yocto-based system image on top of the vendor-provided BSP for ARM64 targets

•       Integrate and customize Yocto layers, recipes, and packages to meet product requirements

•       Enable JVM-based application stack on embedded Linux (JDK integration, runtime optimization)

•       Benchmark and optimize system-level metrics: memory usage, boot time, display responsiveness

•       Set up and maintain the build environment and CI pipeline for system image builds

•       Develop and optimize the eReader application for e-Paper displays on Linux

•       Integrate EPUB rendering engine and digital content protection (DRM) on the Linux platform

•       Optimize UI rendering and page-turn performance for e-Paper refresh characteristics

•       Work with the application team to port and adapt existing mobile codebase to Linux desktop targets

•       Coordinate with ODM vendor on BSP-related issues, driver updates, and image integration

•       Document build procedures, image configuration, and technical findings for the team
