You’ll work closely with quant researchers, engineers, traders, and business teams, supporting production trading infrastructure and helping implement new trading functionality.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Monitor trading systems and infrastructure for performance and reliability
  • Troubleshoot production issues and respond to system alerts and incidents
  • Support new trading functionality, including FIX sessions, FTP setup, file encryption, and new asset classes/prime brokers
  • Investigate root causes and implement preventative solutions
  • Provide technical and analytical support to Research, Accounting, and Compliance
  • Optimize operational workflows through automation and AI-based tools
  • Work with production data for troubleshooting and ad-hoc analysis


What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years in Systems Operations / Production Engineering, ideally within financial services
  • Strong Linux experience
  • Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Perl
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Understanding of market data, order-entry systems, and electronic markets
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced trading environment


Bonus: Experience with trading infrastructure, FIX, prime brokers, or financial markets.
