We are looking for an ALM Platform Support Engineer (L3) with strong experience in enterprise DevOps/ALM platform support.

🔑 Must-Have Skills:

✅ GitLab Administration & L3 Support

✅ SonarQube

✅ JFrog Artifactory

✅ CI/CD Pipeline Troubleshooting

✅ ITIL – Incident, Problem & Change Management

✅ Linux/Unix & Shell/Python Scripting

✅ REST APIs & Webhooks

✅ Log Analysis & RCA

Good to Have:

🔹 Polarion / ALM Platforms

🔹 AWS

🔹 Docker / Kubernetes

🔹 Terraform / Ansible

🔹 Monitoring & Observability
