Senior Graphic Designer

We're looking for a talented and commercially minded Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll create high-quality, engaging and effective creative across our in-store, print and digital channels, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand, customer proposition and tone of voice. Working closely with Customer, Marketing, Brand and Commercial teams, you'll bring campaigns and propositions to life from concept through to delivery, developing standout creative for promotional campaigns, product launches, CRM, social media, digital marketing and in-store communications.

You'll play a key role in shaping the customer experience, developing creative that balances brand, customer and commercial objectives while maintaining consistency across multiple channels. Managing several projects simultaneously, you'll take ownership of briefs from initial concept to final execution, delivering high-quality work on time and to a consistently high standard. You'll also collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, helping drive innovative, customer-focused creative that delivers measurable impact.

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience from a retail, consumer marketing or agency environment, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating outstanding work across print, digital, social, CRM and in-store media. You'll have advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, alongside a strong understanding of brand identity, typography, layout, print production and digital design requirements. Organised, detail-oriented and proactive, you'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, building strong stakeholder relationships and translating commercial objectives into compelling creative solutions.
