Cyber Security Technician a

Perform as a service representative to end users and Organization’s and external client’s units regarding Access Control, user provisioning and support. Provide maintenance and changes in the security systems administered by Information Security. Provide access to systems and applications within the Corporation. Provide support at the Help Desk to users who confront problems in accessing systems and applications.

Education

Associate in Computer Science/Information System

Experience

Minimum of one (1) year of related experience with Access Control and User Provisioning or two (2) years of experience in Service Desk, Windows, user management accounts and customer service.
