Job Overview

We are looking for a Scrum Master as part of micromobility product development for Middle East and Africa region (MEA). The the Scrum Master will be responsible for coordinating all contributors (project ownership, Purchasing, functional teams and engineering disciplines) in defining and applying Agile processes to all R&D development activities that require them, from product concept decisions through to market launch.

Role Objectives:

• Ensure the adoption of and adherence to the Scrum framework.
• Facilitate team collaboration and self-organisation.
• Maximise the value delivered by removing impediments.
• Support the organisation in its Agile transformation.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the project objectives.
• Identify and propose topics that require the application of Agile methods.
• Facilitate cooperation and communication among cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support users in adopting Agile methods.
• Define the required resources.
• Lead the approach and the implementation of the selected Agile methods (ceremonies, daily meetings).
• Monitor sprints and deliverables.
• Report on progress and define a dashboard to track topic advancement.
• Help the team self-organise and remove obstacles caused by organisational complexity.
• Escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to capture and retain lessons learned.
• Incorporate lessons learned into processes.
• Develop continuous improvement strategies.
• Integrate economic considerations (R&D expenditure and TPC).
• Support teams in carrying out complex tasks or resolving major issues.
