Strong knowledge of AS400 / IBM iSeries architecture

Application Maintenance & Production Support

Job Scheduling, Batch Processing & Job Queues

Spool Files, Debugging & System Logs

ALDON / Change Management Tools

FTP Processes & File Transfer Protocols

Legacy System Debugging & Performance Tuning

Preferred Skills

RxClaim / PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) experience

Healthcare / Claims Processing experience

ServiceNow / Remedy / Incident Management tools

Mainframe / AS400 to Cloud modernization experience

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for AS400-based applications

Perform incident analysis, root-cause identification, and resolution

Handle bug fixes, minor enhancements, and code deployments

Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and system performance

Support data corrections and production troubleshooting

Collaborate with Business, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams

Follow change management and release processes

Handle on-call support and critical production issues

Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and support runbooks

Participate in continuous improvement and system stability initiatives
