Warehouse Assistant Manager

What You’ll Do

Warehouse Operations

• Support daily inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping activities for engine parts.


• Perform hands-on warehouse work and support daily floor operations.


• Operate forklifts, including sit-down, stand-up, and cherry picker equipment.


• Use PDA scanners and SAP/Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process warehouse transactions.


• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory to maintain inventory accuracy.


• Support order fulfillment and help meet delivery and service-level expectations.

Office & Coordination

• Participate in internal and customer meetings and follow up on customer requests.


• Coordinate with warehouse management, headquarters, and internal teams.


• Support basic inventory, order status, and operational reporting.


• Maintain accurate records and follow established processes.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company compliance requirements.


• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience.


• Hands-on warehouse experience required.


• Forklift operation experience required.


• Experience using PDA scanners.


• Experience with SAP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


• Willingness and ability to perform physical warehouse work.


• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Korean preferred.
