• Hands on IBMS system (company name - Operative) - (operation side or implementation side) -
• Previously submitted profiles did not have IBMS experience.
• This Tool used by media companies - please target those companies

Role Descriptions:
• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for IBMS (Operative BMS) in a helpdesk environment
• Troubleshoot issues in scheduling | ad sales | traffic | and billing modules
• Handle incidents | service requests | and user queries via ticketing tools
• Perform SQL-based database troubleshooting | data validation | and fixes
• Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and system integration issues
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure SLA adherence
• Support user access | configurations | and minor enhancements
• Work closely with sales | traffic | finance | and technical teams

Essential Skills:
• Strong experience in Operative IBMS BMS system
• Knowledge of broadcast/media workflows (scheduling | ad sales | traffic | billing)
• Hands-on SQL & database troubleshooting (mandatory)
• Experience in helpdesk / EUC support environment
• Familiarity with ServiceNow/JIRA or similar tools
• Strong analytical | problem-solving | and communication skills
• Understanding of infrastructure / EUC environment (VDI | VPN | etc.)
• Knowledge of integrations and reporting tools
