Datacentre Infrastructure Architect

The Data Center Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and optimizing enterprise data center infrastructure across compute, storage, network, virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, and hybrid cloud environments. The role serves as the technical authority for data center modernization, capacity planning, resiliency, security, and operational excellence.

The architect works closely with infrastructure teams, cloud architects, cybersecurity teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, highly available, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives.

Compute & Virtualization - VMware vSphere / VMware Cloud Foundation,Nutanix AHV, Microsoft Hyper-V, Server platform architecture (Dell, HPE, Cisco UCS)

Storage - Dell EMC, PowerStore

Networking & Security - Arista Switches, SD-WAN, Load Balancers (F5, WAF),Pa lo Alto Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, IPAM

Operating Systems - Microsoft Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux
