Job Title: WMS Korber consultant

Location: Brisbane (Hybrid - 3 days from office)

Duration: Full Time

Experience level: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• System Support and Troubleshooting:
• Provide support for Körber Warehouse Advantage (Körber WMS).
• Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner to minimize operational downtime.
• Investigate system errors, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Configuration and Maintenance:
• Configure Körber WMS to support evolving business requirements.
• Engagement in system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Integration and Data Management:
• Support the integration of Körber WMS with ERP, TMS, and other third-party systems.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to data flows between systems.
• Ensure accurate inventory and transactional data in the system.
• Documentation:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, SOPs, and support processes.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Collaborate with warehouse operations, IT teams, and external vendors to identify system enhancements.
• Analyse workflows and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency.
• Stay up to date on Körber WMS features and industry best practices.

Skills:

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in WMS support, with expertise in Körber Warehouse Advantage (preferred).
• Experience with system integrations (e.g., ERP) and warehouse workflows.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL, scripting, or related database query tools.
• Knowledge of APIs and EDI for system integrations.
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
