Tasks

• Planning and operation of tools for monitoring the global IT infrastructure
• Worldwide support and further development of the centralized and decentralized Linux environment with focus on network core services DNS/DHCP
• Support in the areas of email and web proxy with a focus on content security
• Participation in IT projects in close cooperation with other teams
• Second-level support and central point of contact for all questions relating to our services
• Ongoing optimization and expansion of the services we offer

Qualifications

• Completed studies in computer science or comparable training in the field of IT
• Knowledge of Debian Linux server systems desirable
• Experience in monitoring and Ansible Playbook is an advantage
• Ideally initial practical experience in the planning and daily operation of core network services
• Service orientation and a high level of commitment
• Good knowledge of English
