Become a detective in fraud prevention, using your in-depth investigation and problem-solving skills to protect our users from suspicious activity 🕵️‍♂️ Bring empathy and effective communication into every interaction to provide the best support possible Investigate ambiguous fraud cases where the signals aren't clear-cut, weighing behavioral and contextual clues to tell a genuine user from a fraudster Choose whether to act, ask, or escalate: fast, accurate calls that protect user’s money Feed what you learn back into our fraud tooling, so automation catches more and fewer edge cases reach the queue over time
