Senior Systems Support Engineer (Tier 3)

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide high-touch support in a fast-paced trade floor environment. You will be the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, working closely with over 250 users to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you will manage and optimize Audio/Visual systems, contributing to effective communication and collaboration within the office. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining a high standard of technical support and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality technical support to over 250 users in a fast-paced trade floor environment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Act as the senior Tier 3 escalation point, diagnosing and resolving complex issues in desktop, server, and network environments.
• Maintain and optimize office Audio/Visual systems and conference room setups, enhancing communication and collaboration.
• Utilize Microsoft Intune and SCCM for effective deployment and management of endpoints across the organization.
• Work closely with other IT staff to ensure a cohesive approach to technical support and system management.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven senior-level experience handling high-visibility, high-stakes support tickets in a technical support role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and SCCM for deployment and system management.
• Solid foundation in desktop support, with hands-on experience resolving user issues in a corporate environment.
• Experience in server administration, ensuring reliability and performance of server systems.
• Basic understanding of networking principles to troubleshoot connectivity issues effectively.
• Practical experience managing and troubleshooting enterprise Audio/Visual hardware and tools.
