Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical support for end-user computing issues, including hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Active Directory, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
- Execute laptop lifecycle management, including imaging, provisioning, deploying, and patching devices during hardware refresh cycles.
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date inventory of all IT hardware, software licenses, and peripheral assets, and network equipment.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and data protection standards.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of server and storage systems. Maintain and organize rack/closet areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper cable management.
- Support IT projects, such as equipment refreshes, software rollouts, and office moves.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with both local business units and global IT stakeholders regarding outages, upgrades, and project delivery.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of issues and optimal service delivery.
- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to maintain knowledge base integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience/certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of solid, hands-on experience in End User Computing (EUC) and IT infrastructure support.
- Bilingual proficiency in English is mandatory.
- New build project experience (hands-on involvement preferred).
- Solid grasp of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing protocols) and hands-on experience configuring switches, routers, firewalls, and Wireless Access Points (WAPs) - ideally with vendors like Cisco, Dell or Palo Alto.
- Comfortable with physical racked-and-stacked hardware deployment, structured cabling standards, and UPS etc. Ability to work independently in a field environment with minimal supervision.
- Travel to multiple office locations, remote sites and offices as needed.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned or associated with the responsibility of the position
