🌎 Global Support Environment

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis & HANA Support Analyst to join a global application support team responsible for supporting and maintaining SAP S/4HANA RISE and SAP HANA Cloud environments.

This role combines SAP Basis administration, SAP HANA administration, system monitoring, incident resolution, performance optimization, system lifecycle management, and technical consulting to ensure stable, secure, and reliable SAP operations globally.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

SAP Application Support

• Provide operational and technical support for SAP S/4HANA RISE and SAP HANA Cloud
• Analyze and resolve production, support, and project-related technical issues
• Maintain configuration and customization settings supporting the global SAP design
• Utilize SAP Support Portal to research solutions and coordinate maintenance activities
• Provide technical consultation to development and project teams
• Perform initial testing of problem corrections and enhancements
• Manage configuration changes through change management processes using SAP Support Portal and ServiceNow
• Follow enterprise methodologies, documentation, and stewardship standards

SAP Basis Administration

• Build, configure, and administer SAP systems according to enterprise standards
• Prepare newly deployed SAP systems, including:
• Certificates
• Trusted systems
• SNC / SSO
• SAP HANA setup
• SAP Cloud Connector
• Transport Management System (TMS)
• Perform regular SAP system maintenance, including:
• RFC
• SAP Profiles
• File system cleanup
• Login groups / load balancing
• Housekeeping jobs
• Plan and execute:
• SAP system upgrades
• Enhancements
• System copies
• Client copies
• Manage SAP Web Dispatcher
• Perform capacity and system monitoring, including CPU, disk, spool, and memory
• Analyze and resolve SAP system performance issues
• Plan and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) and Cyber Recovery tests
• Perform certification activities for new services
• Provide technical recommendations regarding hot packs, kernel upgrades, patches, and other fixes
• Participate in rotational on-call support

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in:

✅ SAP Upgrades, System Copies & Client Copies

✅ SAP HANA Administration

📞 On-Call Support

This position includes rotational on-call support for critical incidents and production issues.

• Frequency: Approximately 3–5 rotations per year
• Rotation: 1 week per rotation (Monday–Sunday)
• Weekdays: 3:00 AM – 8:00 AM CST standby coverage
• Weekends: 24-hour standby coverage
• Purpose: Support critical incidents and production issues as required
• Weekend coverage: Yes
