System Engineer

I'm currently looking for a Systems Engineer to join a dynamic infrastructure and operations team supporting critical production environments. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys Linux administration, security remediation, OS patching, and operational support.

🔹 What you'll work on:• Perform Linux OS administration across enterprise environments

• Execute monthly OS-level patching, upgrades, and server maintenance activities

• Manage planned server reboots and post-maintenance validation

• Review and remediate security vulnerabilities across Linux systems

• Analyze vulnerability tickets and determine appropriate corrective actions

• Troubleshoot Linux platform, networking, and system performance issues

• Support production environments while ensuring system stability and compliance

• Collaborate with senior engineers on operational and security initiatives

• Utilize monitoring tools to identify and resolve infrastructure issues

🔹 Looking for:• 4-7 years of hands-on Linux Administration experience

• Strong experience with Rocky Linux and CentOS

• Expertise in Linux OS patching, upgrades, and maintenance

• Experience with vulnerability remediation and cybersecurity operations

• Ability to review security tickets and recommend remediation actions

• Strong Linux troubleshooting and networking fundamentals

• Experience supporting critical production environments

• Self-motivated professional who can take technical direction and execute effectively

⭐ Nice to Have:• Grafana monitoring and dashboarding experience

• Exposure to enterprise infrastructure environments

• Security compliance and vulnerability management tools

• ITIL / Change Management experience
