• Salary: €90,000 - €110,000 + bonus
• Location: Dublin, hybrid (4 days on-site, 1 day from home)

Our long-term client is a privately-held healthcare data and interoperability business that's opened a new Dublin base as part of a multi-year push into cloud-native infrastructure. You'll join their hosting team as they migrate a large enterprise estate off VMware and onto a hybrid, multi-cloud platform built around Kubernetes.

This is production infrastructure with real weight behind it: the systems you support keep hospitals and health networks running, so downtime isn't a minor inconvenience. You'll operate and evolve a large Linux-based virtualised environment, working across compute, storage, backup and virtualisation, with a shared on-call rota and a global team around you.

What You'll Work With

• Nutanix: AHV and Prism, as the estate migrates off VMware
• VMware vSphere: supporting the existing on-premise estate
• Backup: Rubrik, with some exposure to Dell PPDM
• Security compliance: ISO 27001, 27017, 27018, 22301
• Root cause analysis and post-incident reviews
• Platform monitoring, patching, and lifecycle management

Nice to Haves

• VMware to Nutanix migration experience
• Automation tooling (Ansible or similar)
• Windows and Active Directory
