Maximo Support Analyst

What is the position?

This is an opportunity for a technically minded professional to build specialized experience supporting Maximo and other enterprise applications. Prior Maximo experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are open to junior technical candidates who have a strong foundation in IT, databases, programming, or application support and are eager to learn.

You’ll work alongside experienced team members while developing hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, system support, integrations, reporting, and application enhancements.

What are the responsibilities?

As a Maximo Support Analyst, you will:

• Learn to support and maintain Maximo and other enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot technical issues and help resolve user-reported problems
• Monitor application performance, reliability, and system health
• Work with experienced team members to investigate incidents and identify root causes
• Assist with application configurations, integrations, reporting, and enhancements
• Partner with business users to understand technical issues affecting their work
• Participate in application projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build and maintain technical documentation and support procedures

What are the requirements?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, a related field, or equivalent technical experience
• Foundational knowledge of databases, SQL, programming, application development, or IT systems
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Experience with application support or enterprise software is helpful but not required
• Maximo, MIF, BIRT, Boomi, MAS 9.0, or similar technologies are a plus, but candidates can be trained
• ITIL or Microsoft certifications are also a plus
