Job Description

Responsibilities 職責:

• Manage day-to-day store operations including inbound management, stock handling, storing, and order dispatching on a timely basis.
• 管理店舖日常運作
• Drive store KPIs, shrinkage and cost control and manpower planning through effective business strategies and team collaboration
• 透過有效的業務策略及團隊協作，達到店舖績效指標、店舖營運標準、損耗及成本控制、以及出貨指標
• Ensure periodical stock takes are carried out and noted down accurately.
• 監管庫存量、負責定期盤點記錄
• Proactively recommend and implement operational goals, objectives and process improvements.
• 改善工作流程及庫存模式
• Coordinate periodic maintenance of the facilities and escalate any malfunction to the Realty Facility Manager.
• 監督定期設施維修

Qualifications

Job Requirements 資歷:

• Higher Diploma or relevant. 
• 專上學歷或相關專業
• 3 years of relevant working and supervising experience; preferably in FMCG, retail, and relevant industry
• 3 年或以上相關工作經驗，曾從事食品或零售行業優先考慮
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• 有上進心，能獨立工作
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• 具良好溝通能力
• Candidate with less experience would also be considered as Assistant Store Manager
• 經驗較淺者，可申請為助理店舖經理
