The Lead Integration Delivery will own the end-to-end delivery, support, and continuous improvement of integration services across Global Markets and Investment Banking, with a strong focus on Murex integration and external platform connectivity (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, IHS Markit, OSTTRA, GoldenSource, and other trading, market data, reference data, and ratings providers).
The role is a people-management position: the candidate will lead a squad of integration engineers, plan and prioritize the backlog, and is accountable for delivery quality, timelines, production stability, and reporting visibility to senior stakeholders. The candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
General expectation:
- Lead and manage a team of integration engineers (Murex and external platforms), including coaching, performance management, capacity planning, and hiring
- Own the integration delivery stream end-to-end: requirement gathering, solution design, build, test, deployment, and L2/L3 support
- Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery tracking through Jira, ensuring sprint commitments and release milestones are met
- Provide regular monitoring and reporting on team delivery (velocity, burndown, throughput, incidents, SLAs) to give clear visibility to management and business stakeholders
- Navigate and enforce the IT Delivery Process and guidelines, ensuring audit readiness and compliance with governance, security, and risk frameworks
- Act as the primary point of contact for service integration delivery, incident management, escalation, and vendor coordination
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across Front Office, Operations, Risk, Platform teams, Architecture, and third-party vendors
- Ensure service continuity and high availability of integration services, driving automation, exception handling, and reconciliation improvements
- Respect timelines and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across the delivery portfolio
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into executive-ready updates
Skillset and experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in integration delivery within financial services, with significant hands-on Murex exposure (Mx3.1 MxMLExchange, Market Data Batch & Live, Murex data model)
- Proven people-management experience leading integration squads of 5+ engineers, including onshore/offshore and vendor resources
- Strong experience integrating Murex with external platforms and providers: Bloomberg, Refinitiv/LSEG, IHS Markit, OSTTRA, GoldenSource, trading platforms, confirmation/matching, and reference/ratings data sources
- Hands-on delivery management using Jira (backlog, sprints, dashboards, JQL) and confluence for documentation and team transparency
- Strong delivery monitoring and reporting capability: ability to produce KPIs, status dashboards, and executive-ready updates covering velocity, throughput, quality, incidents, and SLAs
- Solid technical foundation: Shell scripting, SQL, Control-M scheduling, and a good understanding of the overall Murex ecosystem
- Expertise in incident management, exception handling, reconciliation, and L2/L3 production support for integration services
- Track record of driving operational improvements, automation, and continuous improvement in integration delivery
- Product knowledge across FX, IRD, FI, EQD, CRD, MM, and COM, with strong stakeholder management across Front Office, Operations, Risk, and Finance
- Working knowledge of Cloud (AWS/Azure), modern integration patterns (APIs, messaging, event streaming), and vendor onboarding processes
