We are looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our team and work on GPS Tracking Devices, IoT Hardware, Device Integration, Technical Support, and Project Support.

Experience: 0–2 years

Job Type: Full-Time | Remote

Preferred Background:

• Electronics Engineering

• Telecom Engineering

• Mechatronics Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical support for GPS & IoT devices

• Device testing, configuration & troubleshooting

• GPS device integration with software platforms

• Support for TCP/IP, TCP/UDP, MQTT & device protocols

• Coordinate with manufacturers and developers

• Support customer projects and deployments

• Prepare technical documentation and reports

Fresh graduates with strong interest in GPS, IoT, embedded systems, telematics, and hardware integration are encouraged to apply.
