Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor network alarms, events, and KPIs.
  • Perform incident analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Register and manage incidents.
  • Escalate incidents according to procedures.
  • Support major incidents and maintenance activities.
  • Produce operational reports.
  • Contribute to process improvements.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Knowledge of telecom technologies and OSS tools.
  • Understanding of incident management.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Education: Technical diploma or Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, IT, Electronics, or related field.
