An established IT company is looking forEmirati IT Support Specialiststo provide technical assistance and ensure smooth operations of IT systems. This role involves troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support across hardware and software platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offertechnical supportfor software, hardware, and network-related issues.
  • Manageinstallation, configuration, and updatesfor systems and applications.
  • Monitor system performance and ensureoptimal functionality
  • Troubleshoot connectivity problems, diagnoseIT security risks and provide solutions.
  • Assist in managingservers, databases, and cloud infrastructure
  • Document IT issues and solutions while improvinginternal IT support processes
  • Collaborate with teams to maintaincybersecurity protocols

Requirements

  • UAE National (Emirati)– part of Emiratisation initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree inIT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proficiency innetworking, Windows, Linux, and cloud computing basics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication inEnglish and Arabic
  • Finance (SAP & Oracle preferred) experience is a plus
