What You Can Expect
- You serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters related to the Supervisory Board and support the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board as well as Committee Chairs in their day-to-day activities.
- You coordinate and manage Supervisory Board meetings, organize schedules, and ensure the timely preparation and submission of resolutions and meeting materials.
- You are responsible for maintaining and managing relevant documentation and records for the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board.
- You prepare statistics and reports regarding participation in Supervisory Board and committee meetings.
- You take minutes during Supervisory Board and committee meetings and prepare reports as well as other relevant documentation.
- You coordinate correspondence on behalf of the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board and support the editing and preparation of documents and written communications.
- You facilitate the exchange of information between Managing Directors, the Chairperson of the Supervisory Board, and the Supervisory Board, while preparing meetings, regular updates, and events.
- You organize and coordinate business travel related to Supervisory Board activities, including expense reporting and reimbursement processes.
- You have successfully completed a degree in Business Law, Law, or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you have prior experience supporting senior executives or governing bodies such as a Management Board, Supervisory Board, or Executive Committee.
- You work in a structured and self-directed manner and are able to maintain an overview even in complex situations.
- You are confident interacting with a wide range of stakeholders and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- You stand out through your excellent communication skills, flexibility, and reliability.
- Loyalty, trustworthiness, and discretion in handling sensitive information are second nature to you.
- You have solid process and project management skills and know how to apply them effectively.
- You are fluent in German and have very good English skills, both written and spoken.
