About The Role
Job Purpose
You will work as a Field Engineer (m/f/d) for the Danish market, providing first-class technical support and customer service while collaborating closely with customers, sales teams, and technical experts.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor market trends and analyze product performance, including benchmarking against competitor products through field data collection.
- Act as a trusted technical partner for customers and sales teams, providing expert support across Truck & Bus, Passenger Car, Agricultural tires, and Tire Monitoring Systems.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues and customer plaints, delivering effective solutions both on-site and remotely.
- Deliver engaging technical training sessions for customers, business partners, and internal teams.
- Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of tire testing activities in close collaboration with the European Technical Team.
- Prepare clear technical documentation, reports, and performance analyses to support informed decision-making.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and represent the company at national and international trade fairs and industry events.
- Technical qualification in the automotive sector (e.g., Automotive Master Technician, Automotive Technician, or equivalent).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with SAP is beneficial.
- Experience in the automotive industry, ideally within the tire sector.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or technical customer support is considered a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to provide practical technical solutions and build strong customer relationships.
- Confident use of laptops, tablets, and other digital tools to support daily field activities.
- Fluent Danish and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- German language skills are desirable but not required.
- Strong analytical mindset and quick comprehension of technical topics.
- Solution-oriented and proactive approach to challenges.
- Well-organized with effective time-management skills.
- Flexible and willing to travel, including occasional weekend assignments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
