Responsibilities
□ Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for clients.
□ Assist with software integration and optimization of company products.
□ Analyze customer technical requirements and propose product enhancements.
□ Develop technical training materials and conduct technical training for clients and partners.
□ Collaborate with internal R&D and engineering teams to drive product development and functionality improvements.
Qualifications
□ Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree holders and prospective graduates welcome).
□ Language: Native or native-fluent proficiency in Chinese (essential for communication with Chinese market clients).
□ Fundamental understanding and knowledge of embedded system software development.
□ Proficiency in C/C++ and Python programming.
□ Experience with or knowledge of development and debugging in a Linux environment.
□ Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
□ Project or research experience related to NPU (Neural Processing Unit) or AI accelerators.
□ Experience with RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems).
□ Experience in hardware and software integration.
□ Experience in a Technical Support Engineer or FAE role, including relevant internships or academic □ projects during undergraduate/graduate studies.
□ Business-level English proficiency (both verbal communication and documentation).

Employment Type
□ Full-time (3-month probationary period with 100% compensation)
Working Hours
□ Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
