Responsibilities
- Partner-reported bug triage, reproduction, and initial analysis.
- Management and preparation of partner hardware devices for testing.
- Handling and organization of partner software binaries.
- Android branch handling
- Execution of manual sanity tests, sensor quality checks, and power measurements.
- Running Wear OS test suites (WTS, CTS, WPTS) and reporting results.
- Verification of bug fixes in new partner firmware releases.
- Assisting with the pregrant permission process for partner applications.
- Supporting Teamfood/Dogfood program logistics for partner devices.
- Providing basic guidance to partners on standard bug filing and testing processes.
- Development test cases and test framework.
Qualifications
- Bilingual skills (weekly global meeting)
- Android programming skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Over 5 years of experience in Android QA/QC
