Daily follow up. 负责项目中的问题票务清算，及时确认并检查项目中问题票的状态并保证按时关闭，日常跟 踪。 1.5 Responsible for Konzern Problem Management(KPM), passing the tickets to corresponding vendors or corresponding personnel to promote the tickets to resolution, also need to provide weekly tickets status analysis to PL . Daily follow up. 负责软件缺陷管理，并将问题票传递到对应供应商及相应人员处以推动问题票的解决，同时 需要提供每周的票状态分析给到项目经理，日常跟踪。 1.6 Other necessary work for this project. 与项目相关的其他工作，如问题验证、会议、协调等。 Profile Requirement

• Good at English or German 具备良好的英语或德语能力
• Familiar with product problem tickets management processes, especially for infotainment systems or online service functions 熟悉产品问题管理流程，特别是娱乐系统或者在线服务功能相关
• Familiar with vehicle electrical architecture, problem management experience or OEM development experience is preferred 熟悉车辆电器架构，具有问题管理经验或整车厂开发经验者优先
• Knowing how to use and having byo testing tools such as Canoe, ODIS, etc. is better 最好会使用并自带测试工具，如canoe，ODIS等
• Good communication skills, teamwork skills 良好的沟通能力，团队协作能力 6.
