Director of Finance & Accounting | West Palm Beach, FL (remote with occasional office presence) | $150,000 Base + Bonus | Permanent | Cybersecurity / SaaS

JasperRose are partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed cybersecurity technology business who are looking to hire a Director of Finance & Accounting. The business is on track to achieve 50% revenue growth this year versus last; you will be joining at a key time where you will be instrumental in supporting the leadership team in continuing to drive the growth of the business.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Finance & Accounting will take full ownership of the finance and accounting function. You will lead a team of three and will be a hands-on, trusted partner to the wider leadership team. You will oversee the day-to-day accounting as well as building out the FP&A function for the business. You will lead the financial strategy for the business, this is a genuine opportunity for someone to grow into a broader commercial finance leadership seat as the business scales.

Key responsibilities:

• Own monthly close, GL, revenue recognition, AR/AP and cash management, ensuring accurate, timely financials under US GAAP
• Build out budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting and dashboards to give leadership real visibility into performance
• Lead and develop a finance team of three, embedding clear ownership and accountability
• Act as a genuine financial partner to the CEO and senior leadership on strategic decisions, pricing and compensation
• Oversee international entity accounting, audit, tax and regulatory compliance
• Own and optimise NetSuite and related systems, driving automation and smarter use of AI across finance
• Support ad hoc capital-raise and strategic project activity as the business scales

What we're looking for:

• Qualified accountant (CPA preferred) with 7+ years'
• Strong accounting experience including experience leading the controllership for a business
• FP&A experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a hands-on while operating at a senior, strategic level
• Experience leading and developing a team
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred and Excel skills
• A background in SaaS, technology or recurring-revenue businesses is essential; prior exposure to consumer subscription models is a plus
• Curious about AI and automation
• Ability to build credibility quickly with a senior leadership team and operate as a true partner
