- Oversee all cost accounting operations within a complex manufacturing environment.
- Establish and enhance standard costing methodologies that improve cost visibility and support business decision-making.
- Provide strategic cost analysis and profitability insights to executive leadership.
- Drive improvements in financial reporting systems, cost analytics, and operational performance measurement.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency, margin improvement, and long-term value creation.
- Translate large, complex datasets into actionable recommendations that support business strategy and organizational objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor by delivering insights that influence operational, financial, and investment decisions.
- Be the organization's subject matter expert for manufacturing cost accounting and cost management strategy.
- Deliver actionable insights that improve profitability, operational performance, and informed decision-making.
- Build strong partnerships across finance and operational teams to align financial objectives with business goals.
- Identify opportunities to modernize processes, strengthen controls, and improve reporting capabilities.
- Develop talent within the accounting team while establishing a high-performance culture focused on results and continuous improvement.
- Drive a forward-looking approach to cost management that supports both current operations and future business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of finance, accounting, or related experience, including at least 6 years within a manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of leadership experience and 5+ years of analytical and process improvement experience.
- MBA, master's degree, and/or CMA certification preferred.
- Experience utilizing PowerBi is highly preferred
