About The Role
This is not a “post and report” social role.
You’ll be the person clients trust to turn attention into growth — building social strategies that actually move metrics, not just aesthetics. You’ll sit at the intersection of content, culture, and performance, owning the full lifecycle from idea → execution → optimisation.
You’ll work across a range of brands, industries, and challenges, which means no two weeks look the same. One day you’re shaping a content direction from scratch, the next you’re reacting to trends in real-time and turning them into something that performs.
If you’re someone who instinctively understands what works on social (and more importantly, why), you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own organic social strategy across multiple client accounts
- Turn insights, trends, and data into clear, actionable content plans
- Concept and develop content ideas that are built to perform not just look good
- Work closely with creative teams to bring ideas to life
- Plan, schedule, and optimise content across platforms
- Analyse performance and continuously refine strategy based on results
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive thinking
- Stay ahead of platform changes, trends, and cultural moments and know when to act on them
- 3+ years in a social media / content strategy role
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content ecosystems
- Proven experience building and executing organic strategies that drive results
- Strong instincts for trends and the judgement to know what’s worth jumping on
- Ability to translate performance data into clear strategic decisions
- Confident managing multiple clients and deadlines at once
- Strong communication skills both internally and client-facing
- A high attention to detail and an ownership mindset
- You think beyond “content” and into outcomes (engagement, growth, conversion)
- You’re as comfortable in the data as you are in creative ideation
- You’re proactive. You don’t wait for briefs, you bring ideas
- You understand how to balance brand, platform, and performance
- You’ll work on brands that actually want to invest in social
- You’ll have the autonomy to shape strategy, not just execute
