Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

We're seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with senior leadership and drive enterprise-wide financial strategy, forecasting, capital planning, and performance analysis.

What You'll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across the organization.
• Own global cash forecasting for properties, funds, and corporate entities.
• Partner with leadership to analyze performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Optimize cash management, liquidity, and capital allocation strategies.
• Evaluate fund-level reserves and provide recommendations related to distributions and capital events.
• Develop financial models and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, treasury, or analytical experience.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making and partner with senior leaders.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and attention to detail.
