Experience and Skills

• Senior level with 5+ years of software engineering or integration engineering experience.
• C1 English level or higher.
• Demonstrated experience building or deploying agentic AI systems that select tools, plan, and execute multi-step tasks.
• Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or equivalent production tool-orchestration frameworks.
• Solid experience with enterprise integration patterns, including APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Proven experience navigating enterprise information security reviews and data governance requirements.
• Ability to travel to the United States for up to two weeks at a time on short notice, with an active US B1/B2 visa or ESTA eligibility.
• Hands-on experience with System Integration, Data Pipelines, Event-Driven Architecture, Enterprise Security, testing.

Projects

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer at Niuro, you will lead the technical integration of an enterprise operating platform that connects customer systems and automates operational workflows directly into customer environments. You will work with customer operational teams and the core engineering team to deploy the platform into customer environments. Your scope includes platform configuration, API integrations, data migration, and customer IT/security approval. You will build, deploy, and extend production software inside external client infrastructure. You will serve as the primary technical bridge during deployments, traveling to customer locations across the United States. In this role, you will implement agentic AI workflows, manage tool orchestration using Model Context Protocol (MCP), guide data migrations, and navigate enterprise security evaluations. Every deployment informs the platform roadmap, turning integration patterns into scalable core product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead platform integration initiatives directly inside customer environments.
• Map customer operational workflows and translate them into platform configurations, data models, and automated integrations.
• Build and maintain production agentic AI systems utilizing Model Context Protocol (MCP) to manage context, tools, and operational memory.
• Execute onboarding and data migration pipelines to connect existing customer software with the platform.
• Guide deployments through customer IT and cybersecurity clearance processes.
• Identify repeatable integration patterns and translate them into candidate features for the core engineering team.
