About the Role

We are looking for professionals to support accounting, financial, and investor reporting activities for a US-based client.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong analytical and numerical mindset, attention to detail, and working knowledge of Excel.

Location: Cebu IT Park, Cebu City

Work Setup: 100% Onsite | Monday–Friday

Schedule: 9:00 PM–6:00 AM PHT

What You'll Do

• Support financial, accounting, and investor reporting activities.
• Perform reporting, reconciliation, research, root cause identification, resolution, and remediation of financial and reporting exceptions.
• Analyze financial data, variances, trends, and discrepancies.
• Perform loan- and pool-level data checks and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports and supporting documentation.
• Investigate exceptions and identify the root cause of discrepancies.
• Use Excel to organize, analyze, and validate financial data.
• Support monthly reporting and ensure key metrics and data are accurate.
• Follow established procedures, controls, and reporting deadlines.
• Participate in process improvement and other analytical projects.
• Communicate findings clearly with internal teams and clients.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related analytical field.
• Approximately 2–4 years of professional experience is preferred, but 1–2 years may also be considered.
• Advanced degree holders with limited professional experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Some exposure to accounting, finance, reconciliation, banking, reporting, or data analysis is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally in a financial reporting environment.
• Able to work fully onsite in Cebu IT Park from 9:00 PM–6:00 AM PHT, Monday–Friday.
• Must be available to start on September 28, 2026.

Nice to Have

• Fund accounting or investor reporting experience.
• Data analytics, SQL, or data analysis exposure.
• Academic projects, internships, or coursework involving SQL, data analysis, financial analysis, or reporting.
• Exposure to banking, financial services, accounting, or reconciliation processes.
