Controller (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You prepare and report monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and HGB in collaboration with the general ledger accounting team, and work on process improvements
• You independently identify process improvement potential and develop solution approaches on your own responsibility
• You independently prepare variance analyses and derive recommendations for action regarding costs and revenues
• You manage the budgeting and forecasting process and prepare as well as analyze the cash flow overview
• In addition, you work within a project team on the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for the Controlling and Projects departments

Your profile

• You hold a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling / Finance or a comparable qualification
• You already have several years of professional experience in the field of Controlling (ideally in an internationally operating manufacturing company)
• You have very good MS Office skills and also bring experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as well as IFRS
• Your German language skills are at level GER C1 and your English skills are at level GER B2
• A structured, results- and solution-oriented, as well as proactive way of working combined with very good communication skills completes your profile
