Head of Data

■Company: Global Investment Management Firm managing 200+ billions dollars of Assets.

■Job title : Head of Data (Brand new Head Count)

■Salary: 20-24M JPY

• Bonus is paid once a year in May.

■Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Performance Analytics team and Data Governance teams.
• The Data Department consists of 15-17 people divided in two groups, Performace and Planning group.
• Drive Data Analytics Solutions projects to help business side and make their work more efficient.
• Lead cross border Implementation of Data Governance stragetices, and frameworks while negotiating and managing senior stake holders.
• Oversee the budget of the entire data department.

【求められる経験・スキル / Required Experience And Skills】

• Finance industry preferably asset management or Investment management.
• Data Analytics & Governance
• People Management
• Strong command of both English and Japanese language with ability to influence people and innovate solutions.
• Having knowledge of finance industry, third platform data platforms and tools(FactSet, MSCI Barra, Bloomberg, Power BI, etc).
