Generalist, Business Management Support

Support business management, performance reporting, and transformation initiatives within Consumer Banking Operations through data analytics, process optimization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence and support strategic business objectives.

• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards to support business and management decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and business performance analysis.
• Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights through effective reporting and data visualization.
• Develop automation solutions and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Support digital transformation and AI adoption initiatives to enhance business processes and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business, operations, technology, finance, risk, and regional stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives and projects.
• Prepare management presentations, business review materials, and project status updates for senior management.
• Support project implementation activities, including requirements gathering, UAT coordination, documentation, and post-implementation reviews

• Experience in MIS reporting, business planning, data analytics, or performance management.
• Hands-on experience in data analytics, data visualization, process automation, and digital or AI transformation initiatives, with the ability to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions. Experience in banking or financial services environments is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, VBA, Power BI, Tableau, or related analytics and automation tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning applications, or AI-enabled business solutions will be an advantage

• Sund understanding of Financial Services, to specifically include a working knowledge and application of audit and banking regulations
• Proven success leading management teams
• Sound understanding of local competitors and the economy
