Note :- Need expertise on DataStage as it is a migration project from DataStage to Snowflake + DBT.

Role Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise data engineering solutions.
• The role requires deep technical expertise combined with strong client-facing leadership skills for requirement gathering and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data engineering initiatives, including data pipeline design, data modeling, and data warehousing solutions.
• Architect and implement solutions using Snowflake, DataStage, and dbt (data build tool).
• Design and optimize data models and warehousing structures to support business and analytics needs.
• Work with AWS data services to build scalable, reliable data infrastructure.
• Engage directly with customers/stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and guide technical delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the data engineering team.
