Data Analyst - Vitamin Well Group
Indexed description
We are now looking for an Data Analyst to strengthen the data foundation behind that journey. You will work across the full data lifecycle – from ingestion, modelling and quality to dashboards, analysis and operationalization – turning data into something teams can trust, understand and act on.
This is an opportunity to join while much of our data capability is still taking shape. Rather than stepping into a finished setup, you will work closely with our Analytics Lead and AI Lead to influence how we structure, connect and use data across our digital business.
About The Role
As an Data Analyst, you will work at the intersection of data engineering, analytics and business. The role extends beyond building reliable data models: you will help make data accessible, actionable and valuable in driving better decisions across the business.
You will develop reusable models and pipelines, strengthen data quality and create dashboards and self-serve analytics that give teams direct access to the metrics they need. At the same time, you will work closely with colleagues across Digital Sales, CRM, Performance Marketing, Organic and Paid Social, Product and Engineering to solve real business problems with data.
That could mean modelling customer and transaction data, connecting a new marketing data source, improving how we measure retention or LTV, or taking an open-ended business question and turning it into an analysis that leads to action.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain reliable, reusable data models and transformations, with a strong focus on data quality, testing and observability.
- Develop data pipelines, ingestion and integrations across our digital data ecosystem.
- Create dashboards and self-serve analytics that enable global and local teams to access, understand and act on their KPIs.
- Translate open-ended business questions into structured models, analysis and actionable insights.
- Analyze customer behaviour and growth across the funnel, including areas such as acquisition, retention, attribution and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on event instrumentation and schema design.
- Contribute to documentation, governance and data best practices, while using AI-native tools to improve how we work with data and analytics.
You have a relevant degree within Software Engineering, IT, Business or a related field, along with 1–4 years of professional experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, Analyst or in a similar role. Ideally, you have worked across different parts of the data journey – from raw data and modelling to analysis and business application – and have a genuine interest in using data and AI to support digital sales and marketing.
As a person, you are curious, pragmatic and eager to learn. You enjoy solving problems, are comfortable finding your way forward when not everything is defined and take ownership of moving your work forward. You also enjoy working with others and can make technical topics clear and useful to people with different backgrounds.
We believe you have:
- Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of analytical data modelling, with hands-on experience using transformation tools such as dbt, Dataform, SQLMesh or similar.
- Experience with ELT/ETL workflows and cloud data platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS, Snowflake or Databricks.
- Working knowledge of Python for automation and light data engineering.
- Experience working with APIs and integrations.
- Experience with dashboards, BI tools and self-serve analytics.
- Hands-on experience with AI-native coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Orchestration and data pipeline tools such as Airflow, Dagster or similar.
- Sales and marketing data from platforms such as Shopify, GA4, Meta or Google Ads.
- AI/LLM products, event instrumentation or experimentation.
- Working in a fast-moving tech company, early-stage environment or scale-up.
Application deadline: October 12th 2026
We review applications on an ongoing basis and may fill the position before the application deadline. We appreciate LinkedIn, but to get a full picture of your experience, we ask you to also include a CV.
