Business Intelligence Developer

Join an international Business Intelligence team supporting the Finance organization of a leading digital business. You'll work with large-scale transactional and behavioral datasets, helping Finance teams gain visibility into revenue, customer activity, player behavior, performance metrics, and business trends through modern reporting and analytics solutions.

We're looking for a Business Intelligence Developer with strong Power BI and SQL skills who enjoys building scalable reporting solutions, working closely with Finance stakeholders, and turning complex data into meaningful business insights.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions for Finance and business stakeholders
• Build and optimize Power BI semantic models and datasets for financial and operational reporting
• Analyze large volumes of transactional and player behavior data to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities
• Develop SQL-based datasets, reporting structures, and analytical models that support Finance processes and decision-making
• Work closely with Finance teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable BI solutions
• Support financial reporting, planning, forecasting, reconciliation, and ad hoc analysis
• Ensure data quality through validation, monitoring, and reconciliation processes
• Collaborate with BI colleagues, data engineers, and business stakeholders to continuously improve reporting and analytics capabilities

What You Bring

• Experience working as a BI Developer, Power BI Developer, or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboards, semantic models, and DAX
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large and complex datasets
• Experience working with relational databases such as MSSQL, MySQL, or similar
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English

Nice To Have

• Experience supporting Finance, Controlling, FP&A, or similar business functions
• Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing
• Experience with SSRS, SSIS, or SSAS
• Knowledge of DAX, T-SQL, MDX, Python, or C#
• Experience working with high-volume transactional, gaming, e-commerce, fintech, or digital platform data
