该职位来源于猎聘 The main job objective is to provide consulting advice and service to clients to support the varying needs in improving finance function including financial transformation strategy, finance and management reporting, financial modelling and analysis, KPI, BI/data analysis and the other performance management in finance.

Requirements：

Role

 Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years'(for Mgr) / 3 years’ (for SA) working experience, preferably with 2 years in a business consulting firm taking a leading role in project delivery.  Strong business acumen, with rich experience in one or more of the following disciplines:

 Financial transformation from strategy to implementation;  Financial and management reporting;  KPI design;  MDM;  BI/Data analysis;  The other digital finance and data analysis solutions;  Hands-on experience using tools such as ChatGPT and other generative AI.  Experience in the operations, implementation or as a "super-user" of EPM systems (e.g. Hyperion, Tagetik) is a plus.

 Proficiency in programming languages including R or Python, and hands-on experience with AI tools is a plus.  Experience working in Big-4 firms or other global consulting firm is a plus.

 Demonstrated trusted advisor with in-depth understanding of the industry and market.

 Strong capability to learn new technologies rapidly and solve complex technical challenges.  Demonstrated management skills, including the ability to train and develop staff manage project budgets, and develop strong client relationships.  Proven capabilities in delivering business transformation projects and programs.  Ability to direct high-performing teams across the organization through strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.  Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.  Willing to travel within region for projects.
