What you’ll do:
- Lead the product planning and design of the company’s payment and fraud prevention platform, ensuring system stability, flexibility, and scalability.
- Drive the development of core platform modules for the fraud prevention platform, including but not limited to risk strategy engines, manual review tools, operational configuration portals, and risk data visualization.
- Deeply understand payment processes and risk scenarios, translating business requirements and data insights into productized, automated, and platform-driven solutions.
- Coordinate resources across engineering, data, risk strategy, business, and operations teams to efficiently deliver product initiatives
- Develop and optimize product monitoring and feedback mechanisms to enhance risk control accuracy, risk operational efficiency, and user experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends in payments and risk controls, driving continuous product innovation aligned with business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in payments, risk management, or fraud prevention systems development.
- Familiarity with payment processes and risk control mechanisms, with the ability to align strategy logic with product architecture.
- Strong project management and cross-team collaboration skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis (SQL, analytics tools) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), capable of thriving in a cross-regional, multicultural work environment.
- Experience in building risk control platforms (e.g., rule engines, manual review systems, risk scoring model configuration).
- Experience in cross-border payment solutions, acquiring/settlement, or payment gateway integrations.
- Global product vision and ability to design products for large-scale, complex systems.
- Background in OTA, FinTech, or cross-border e-commerce is a plus.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s global payment and risk control infrastructure.
