Data Analyst

The Role

• Analyze loyalty, campaign, website, and app performance, developing tracking and data strategies to evaluate marketing measures and identify optimization potential.

• Build and anchor clear KPI frameworks and dashboards for management and business units to ensure sustainable marketing control.

• Evaluate and optimize the quality and completeness of relevant data, establishing sustainable processes for reliable decision-making.

• Collaborate with IT teams to explore and implement new data sources and architectures.

• Identify potential areas for AI-based automation and optimization in data-driven decision-making, working with other departments on concept and implementation.

• Independently analyze complex data structures using SQL and integrate data from various sources into comprehensive decision-making foundations.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in marketing analytics, ideally within digital marketing, e-commerce, or performance environments.

• Proficient in SQL for independent analysis of complex datasets.

• Solid experience in attribution, budget management, and performance measurement, with an understanding of paid media, CRM, and conversion funnels.

• Experience with forecasting, statistical analysis, or predictive models, with the ability to contextualize models for business applications.

• Foundational understanding and initial experience with data and BI architectures, including data sources and pipelines.

• Proficiency with BI and visualization tools, translating data into clear decision-making foundations.

• Excellent communication skills to convey complex relationships clearly and persuasively to business units and management.

• Strong independent, structured, and solution-oriented work ethic, proactively driving initiatives.
