Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting, with a proven track record in leading and delivering complex analytics projects.
- In-depth knowledge of analytics frameworks, methodologies, and tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Proficiency in data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of big data technologies, data architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align analytics solutions with business objectives.
- Proven ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders using data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to convey complex data insights in an understandable manner.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams. Exceptional problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Define and execute the strategic vision for the data analytics function, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analytics.
- Lead and manage a team of data analytics professionals, fostering skill development and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Build a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the analytics team.
- Act as a subject matter expert for clients and internal teams, guiding decision-making processes with data-driven strategies.
- Translate business problems into structured analytics solutions and oversee their execution.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytics projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Ensure that analytics projects provide measurable value and insights to the organization or clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand their analytics needs and provide customized solutions.
- Develop and enforce data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data analytics.
- Drive innovation in analytics methods, tools, and processes to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of analytics initiatives.
- Continuously refine and optimize analytics processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
