As a Finance, Accounting & Tax - Senior Staff, you will play a key role in strengthening our FAT team by managing accounting records, supporting monthly closing processes, and assisting financial statement consolidation across a multi-entity group environment.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Record accounting transactions (general journals, AP/AR, fixed assets, etc.) in accordance with Indonesian GAAP (PSAK)
• Support timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
• Perform periodic account reconciliations (bank, intercompany, balance sheet)
• Support the consolidation process of financial statements across group entities
• Prepare working papers and supporting documentation for external audits
• Coordinate with the tax team on transaction documentation relevant to tax compliance
• Maintain complete and organized accounting documentation in line with internal company policy

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a multi-entity/group company structure
• Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP (PSAK) and generally accepted accounting practices
• Familiar with accounting/ERP software (e.g. Netsuite, Jurnal.id, Odoo)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, advanced formulas)
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under tight deadlines
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Advantageous: experience in the advertising/media industry or prior exposure to consolidated financial reporting
