YOUR MISSION

Glovo is looking for a talented and ambitious Growth Analyst to join our Nigeria Growth team, playing a key role in accelerating acquisition and engagement for the country. Are you looking for a challenging experience in on-demand delivery? Do you want to contribute to building a product that's disrupting how people shop, eat, and get things delivered?

THE JOURNEY

• Own and drive the analysis behind Nigeria's growth strategy, identifying opportunities to grow user base, orders, and retention through pricing, promotions, CRM, and other marketing levers.

• Execute local marketing campaigns and support the localization of creative assets, working cross-functionally with CRM, Design, Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams (promo creation/auditing, creative asset requests, partner campaigns).

• Build, maintain, and scale reporting tools to track KPIs (NC, CVR, RPO, CPO, retention) using SQL and BigQuery, keeping them accurate and up to date.

• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for the local and Africa Growth teams, and monitor the competitive landscape to inform strategy.

• Support ad-hoc analyses and projects based on business needs identified by local and global Growth & Marketing teams.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Math, Stats or a related quantitative field

• 1-3 years of experience combining analytical work with hands-on campaign execution or project management

• Strong analytical mindset, genuine curiosity for numbers, patterns, and turning data into decisions

• Proven ability to run projects end-to-end, from ideation and analysis into implementation

• SQL proficiency is nice to have

• Strong expertise with Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau or Looker is a plus

• High willingness to learn and grow fast in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in English

• Hands-on attitude. You'll have to roll up your sleeves!
